| Just a note to let you know how very pleased I am with my order. The recipient of that gift was extremely pleased. He said it was so beautiful "that it must have been expensive"! AND.... the cookies were very very fresh and tasted wonderful. That was my biggest concern. I had received a cookie gram several years ago from a company locally owned here in Sarasota and the cookies were..... stale. So I am very, very pleased. I have already let several of my friends know how happy I am with your service. One is the Sales Manager for the local Hilton Hotel and sends gift baskets often! Once again, thank you! |

| I have had several problems in the past. One was a single cookie was shipped instead of the basket. Customer service took care of the problem and I received the basket the following day. The second one was the price of the basket was increased after I had placed my order. That one I felt I should have received the price I had ordered instead of the increased price. Overall I have been ordering several years and am happy with the website. |
