I didn't know what to do since I wouldn't see my son for his birthday and no other family where he is leaving so thias was a great surprise and the delivery to the universit mail room was so smooth. Yes I called like they suggested but still delivery was perfect.
Customer service person pretty much accepted no responsibility for the shipping, the card, or showed any concern for my issues or any customer service. I had to ask her if she was going to check into the mix up. POOR! I also told my friend who was ordering with me at that time to cancel her order. Looked cheap, and non professional.
