| 1)It would be nice if I could save the recipient's information under my account so I could just choose the people to send the baskets to instead of typing each one in every time. 2)It would be nice if there was a "send this product to someone else" option so I wouldn't have to go to the homepage and start all over. |

| I have ordered many times in the past. Always very satisfied, however, the last order I placed was a disaster. The cookies arrived damaged, and not on time. The delivery service said they attempted delivery and they had not. The package missed its delivery date and sat until three days later when I finally met a truck near my house to pick up the package to assure delivery myself. I was rebated for the cost of the damaged cookies. |
