| I have had several problems in the past. One was a single cookie was shipped instead of the basket. Customer service took care of the problem and I received the basket the following day. The second one was the price of the basket was increased after I had placed my order. That one I felt I should have received the price I had ordered instead of the increased price. Overall I have been ordering several years and am happy with the website. |

| I ordered the 3 cookie verision of 'you're a reel catch' and I was very disappointed that 3 fish were received instead of 2 fish and the center cookie with the text on it, especially since I retyped the phrase in the box that asks what you want said on the center cookie. I also wrote in the comments box that I wanted one green fish and one yellow fish with the center cookie and I got 2 yellow fish, one green fish and no center cookie.
All this was repeated to a customer service rep as well when she called me to verify the order. |
