About our Frequent Cookie Buyer's Club
  • How to Earn Points
    • Join our program for free at any time
    • For each dollar you spend, you will earn one point (not including shipping and taxes)
    • Points cannot be redeemed until a minimum threshold is reached (currently 500 points).
    • During our checkout process, if you are a member of our program, a confirmaiton note will be displayed indicating your purchase qualifies for Frequent Buyers Club points
    • Frequent Buyers Club Members will also qualify for special offers sent via email
    • Only purchases made directly through our website qualify.
  • Redeeming Points
    • You will receive $1 off your purchase for every 10 points redeemed, in whole dollar increments. Points can be applied to gift cost, shipping and taxes.
    • When you redeem points, we will automatically apply the maximum allowable number of points. For instance, if you have 500 points and you make a $65 purchase, you would receive $50 off and redeem 500 points.
  • Program Rules
    • Your email address is your account name, so please make sure you type it in correctly each time in order to insure credit. You might also want to create an account (not required) with us so you information is stored.
    • On approximatetly the 5th of each month, you will receive an email detailing your recent purchases and showing your point total
    • You cannot earn points for any purchase where you also use a discount or other coupon code.
    • Points will expire after one year if you have not made any purchases.
    • You can only redeem points if your balance is more than 500 points.
    • Program may be cancelled at any time in the future without notice.
