Around these parts I'm known as Mr. Cookie....I love to bake! On this blog, my wife and I will be sharing our baking tips, recipes, and news regarding our Cookie Gift Baskets business. We are both self-taught bakers so we've just learned what we know through trial and error over the years. We live in Minnesota and if you've ever been here, you know you need a great hobby when winter rolls around. Baking is what we do to pass the time during those cold months.
