Brown Sugar Custard

  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • Pinch of nutmeg

pdfHeat the milk without boiling. Beat the egg with sugar. Add milk and continue to beat well. Put in baking dish and sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake 20 to 30 minutes in 300 degrees F.
